DEPOSIT AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION:
ACCEPTED American Express, Visa (not prepaid). Debit card not accepted unless otherwise stated below. A deposit amount of EUR 500.0 will be held against your credit card for the duration of the rental. Your deposit is a guarantee held in the event of damage/theft of the vehicle. This will be released if there is no theft or damage during the rental period. Please note that this does not represent your total excess liability which can be found in the Damage Waiver Liability section. Credit card(s) must be valid for up to 6 months after the rental has ended. NOT ACCEPTED: No other payment types will be accepted. Virtual payment cards are not accepted A valid credit card in the first name and surname (no abbreviations) of the lead driver must be presented at the rental desk in order to pre-authorise/charge a deposit. Please be prepared to provide the PIN number of the credit card(s) presented as suppliers could require this to proceed with the rental contract. In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card, there is a lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card or the credit card is not in the lead driver's name, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.

Young Drivers Age: 21 to 24 Years Charge 16.5 EUR per Day (Excludes Tax)
Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
Important information please note: For all Italian and EU citizens resident in Italy, the driver's license must be accompanied by a valid Identity Card - For all other drivers, the driver's license must be accompanied by a valid Passport.
Renters must always seek permission prior to any cross-border travel from the rental agent.
It is possible to travel to Austria, Belgium, Finland, France (Corse Included), Germany, England, Ireland, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain (Islands and Ceuta and Melilla excluded), Sweden, Switzerland. Please note there is an additional charge of 5.74 plus tax per day in the event you wish to cross border travel. This needs to be paid at the time of rental. Cross Border travel is subject to the conditions and authorisation of the rental agent. Please contact the rental agency directly in the event you wish to cross border travel.
By purchasing the Cross border fee at the desk the customer is authorized to travel to the following countries: Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary and Czech Republic. Standard road assistance is also included. Not available at booking time. Car brands not allowed: Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, BMW.
CAMPANIA AND PUGLIA REGIONS – (Naples, Bari and Brindisi). In the event of theft or fire occurring in the Italian regions of Campania and Puglia, regardless of the location where the rental has started, the Theft Protection excess can double.
